Configuration Tool 에서 UDP를 설정하시려면
Remote host/port를 PC의 IP주소와 port번호에 맞게 설정해주시면 UDP에 연결하실 수 있습니다

IP주소를 PC 랜카드와 맞추고 포트를 Local과 Remote 모두 5000번이 아닌 다른 포트를 이용했더니 해결이 되었습니다.
추후에 같은 문제를 가지고 있는 분들은 참고 하세요.
