ioLibrary 약간 수정하면 atmel128에서 쓸수가 없을까요,

네 사용 가능합니다.
ioLibrary는 MCU에 종속되지 않는 별도의 라이브러리 입니다.
따라서, MCU의 하드웨어 부분만을 고려 하시면 될 것 같습니다.

저는 ARM만 되는줄 알았는데, AVR도 사용 가능 하네요,
혹시 AVR 예제 샘플 있을까요,

MCU 별 예제를 공식적으로 제공하는지는 잘 모르겠습니다.
iO-Library를 이용하여 SPI 통신만 연결하셔서 사용하신 후, Loopback 어플리케이션을 참고하시면 될 것 같습니다.
아래 내용은 공식적인 내용은 아니지만, AVR 관련 example 내용입니다.
