2포트 RJ45는 특별히 추천 드리는 제품이 없습니다.
RJ45를 변경 하실때는 변경하실 RJ45의 핀순서가 달라지기 때문에 연결을 RJ45에 맞게 수정해주셔야 합니다.
하지만, W5500은 2포트를 사용할수 없는 제품입니다. 이것을 고려 하셨는지 궁금하네요.
