W7500S2E has a factory reset PIN. Pull down the DEFAULT pin for over 3 seconds to
activate factory reset when the module is power on.

결론은 데이터쉬트 뒤져서 해결했습니다.
default핀 3초이상 LOW로 유지하면 공장 초기화 되어 정상동작 합니다.

기분이 상하셨다면 죄송합니다.
이전글에 올려주신 캡처파일을 저는 처음 보는 에러인지라, 제품의 문제가 있을수도 있어 RMA를 요청해달라고 말씀드린 부분이였습니다.
RMA받은 후 확인해보려고 한것인데,
