우선 저희가 제공해드리는 ioLibrary를 사용하시는건가요?
WIZnet이 제공하는 ftpc.c에는 fsprintf를 사용하지 않고 있습니다.
아래링크의 코드 를 사용하시길 바랍니다.
위의 링크에서 Internet > FTPClient 에 ftpc.c가 있습니다.
fsprintf 대신 아래의 코드로 대체 되고 있습니다.

이전에 받아 두었던
FTP_for_W3150A+ 라는 예제 소스를 변경하여 사용하고 있었습니다.
avr 칩에서는 문제없이 동작하는걸 확인 하였구요
fsprintf 대신에 sprintf와 send를 사용하면 된다고 이해를 하면 되는것인가요?
