문의한 Cat.M1 외장형 모뎀은 아두이노에서 시리얼 데이터를 보내고 받는 제품이며, 아두이노에서 데이터를 받으면, 해당 커멘드에 따른 동작만을 수행합니다.
따라서 아두이노 소스 코드에서 딜레이 함수가 적용되지 않는 부분은, 소스 코드 문제라고 생각합니다.
혹시라도 아직 미해결이신 경우, 소스 코드를 알려주신다면, 더 정확한 정보를 드릴 수 있을 것 같습니다.
