W5300에는 Ethernet PHY가 내장되어 있습니다.
그래서 대부분의 경우에는 내장된 PHY를 사용하시면 됩니다.
특별한 경우에, 다른 PHY를 사용하기를 원하는 분들이 계십니다.
그런 분들을 위해서 외부에 별도의 PHY를 연결해서 사용할 수 있도록 EXT PHY에 대한 reference 회로를 제공하는 것입니다.
