만약 정해진 규약이 없다면
일반적인 UDP 통신에서 네트워크 타임 아웃을 대략적으로 어느 정도로 설정하는지 확인 부탁 드립니다.

github 에 올려 주신 코드는 snmp v1 과 관련된 예제 입니다.
snmp v2c 를 참고할 부분은 전혀 없습니다.
