Why not reading the datasheet which explains how W5100 must be programmed?
Sounds like issue in SPI protocol implementation. Look at the waveforms for the SPI communication to ensure you use correct SPI mode and clock/latch data properly.
What do all these, in your opinion, mean? Is it SPI packet?
But this means that you have SPI implemented properly…
Are you currently using SPI protocol, or parallel access? It is not clear from your question.
