IEEE를 통해서 MAC을 구매하는 방법은 아래와 같습니다.
MAC ADDRESS는 6byte로
3byte는 OUI(조직고유 식별자)로 부여되며, 나머지 3byte에 대해서 구매한 기업이 자유자재로 부여해서 사용하면됩니다.
약 1600만개가 사용 가능합니다.
