방화벽에서 sequence number 확인하여 SYN packet 에러로 판단 하나요??
보통 동일한 port를 사용해서 최초 접속 이후 재 접속할 경우 상대방의 환경에 따라서 접근을 거부하는 경우도 있으니 소켓 생성시 port 번호를 증가 시켜 보세요.
