안녕하세요,
해당 에러[ERROR: WIFI Status]의 경우 Wi-Fi 연결이 끊어진 경우, 소켓 관련 AT 커맨드를 사용하면 발생하는
에러 메시지 입니다.
Wi-Fi연결이 되었는지 확인 하신 후, 다시 시도 부탁드립니다.

WIFI 연결된 상태에서 휴대폰에서 제어신호를 보내면, PC로 데이타가 갑니다. 제어신호가 PC로 들어가면, 얼마 지나지 않아서 WIFI신호가 끊기는 현상이
계속 발생합니다. 그리고, 어느 정도의 시간이 지나면, 다시 WIFI신호가 연결되고, 또 WIFI 신호가 끊기는 현상이 빈번합니다.

안녕하세요,
PC 시리얼 툴을 통해 WizFi250의 시리얼 출력화면을 모니터링하는 상태이며, 휴대폰(TCP Client)에서 WizFi250(TCP Server)으로 데이터를 보낸 다는 말씀이신가요?
휴대폰에서 WizFi250으로 보내는 제어 신호라는 것이 어떤 데이터 인가요?
추가적으로, 제일 처음 캡처해주신 부분을 보면 TCP 서버를 데이터 모드로 주기적으로 여시는 것 같습니다.
혹시 주기는 어느정도 이며, 주기적으로 TCP 서버를 주기적으로 여시는 이유가 있는지 궁금합니다.
