우선 순위와는 관계 없습니다.
우선순위는 NVIC에 해당하는 내용으로써, W7500은 ARM사의 Cortex-m0를 사용하기때문에 Cortex-M0와 동일하게 사용하시면 됩니다.
즉, 특정 페리의 IRQ의 우선순위는 이 NVIC의 IRQ에 등록을 하면서 유저가 우선순위를 지정하는 것입니다.
이와 관련된 내용으로는 Cortex-M0 Devices Generic User Guide의 내용을 참조 바랍니다.
