TXOP, TXON이 동작하지 않는 다는 것은 PHY가 동작하지 않는 것으로 보입니다.
이는 하드웨어 이슈로 보입니다. 아래 사항 확인 부탁드리며, 해결이 안되면 회로도 및 Artwork확인이 필요합니다.
