안녕하세요
WR 증가속도가 RD 증가속도에 맞춰지는건 당연한 일입니다.
해당 버퍼가 비어야 WR를 할 수 있기 때문이죠. 비어있지 않은데도 WR를 계속 할 수 있다면 아직 읽어가지 않은 데이터들이 사라지겠죠.
TCP인 경우 Timeout이 발생하기 전까지 계속 전송이 이루어집니다.
UDP인 경우 data loss가 생기고 계속 전송이 이루어 집니다. (버퍼가 가득차있을때 들어오는 Data들은 버림)
