WIZ830MJ은 네트워크 통신이 가능하게 만드는 모듈입니다.
저희 칩은 초기 Initial 단계에서 MAC주소를 칩에 업로드해주게 됩니다.
말씀하신
“WIZ830MJ에 있는 맥 주소는 WizNet에서 할당되어 랜덤값으로 저장되어 있는 것인가요 ?”
→ WIZ830MJ는 내부에 MAC을 저장하고 있지 않습니다.
“아니면 동일한 MAC 주소로 되어 있는 것인가요 ?”
→ 일단 MAC주소는 고유의 번호이기 때문에 랜덤으로 지정할 수 없습니다. 그리고 다시 말씀드리자면 WIZ830MJ는 별도로 MAC주소가 필요합니다.
“칩셋이 아니고 모듈이기 때문에 MAC을 변경하지 않고 그대로 사용할 수 있는 것인가요 ?”
→ 만약 MAC주소가 있는 모듈을 사용하시려면 WIZ550io를 추천드립니다. 위 모듈은 MAC주소를 내장하고 있습니다. 그리고 W5500의 최신 성능의 칩을
사용하므로 퍼포먼스 또한 좋습니다. WIZ550io 링크 첨부드립니다.
