wiz820io는 W5200 칩을 사용하고 있습니다.
아래의 링크에 W5200 datasheet를 보시면

W5200의 이론상 최대 SPI 속도는 80MHz입니다. 그리고 Test 완료한 속도는 33.3Mhz입니다.
즉, 33.3Mhz에 맞춰서 SPI를 설정해주시면 동작이 가능합니다.
하지만 말씀하신대로 10Mhz에서 동작이 안된다고 하시는건 무언가 문제가 있는것으로 추정됩니다.
모듈들의 PCB를 확인해주세요. SPI 신호 Line들의 PCB배선이 다를 경우 SCLK과 타이밍이 안맞아서 동작을 안할 수 있습니다.
그리고 Master로 사용하시는 모듈의 최대 SPI 클럭도 확인해주세요.
아니면 심한 노이즈가 있어서 안될 수도 있으니 오실로스코프로 측정해서 확인해주세요.
