W5300는 MCU가 아닌 TCP/IP + MAC + PHY IC 입니다.
W5300에 업로드하는 파일과 프로그램은 별도로 존재하지 않으며 MCU와 함께 사용하셔야 하는 IC입니다.
질문하신 내용으로 볼때 W5300 모듈을 사용하신 것 같은데 모듈명을 모르면 도와드릴 수가 없습니다.

안녕하세요.
W5300 기반으로 펌웨어 업로드가 가능하면서 DHCP 기능을 사용 하실 수 있었다면, 칩이 아닌 모듈 제품을 사용 하신 게 아닌가 합니다.
윗 답변과 같이 W5300 자체로는 MCU 없이 동작할 수 없으며, W5300을 이용한 자사 모듈 제품으로는 4-port serial to Ethernet gateway 모듈인 WIZ140/145SR이 있습니다. 해당 제품은 Cortex-M3 + W5300으로 구성되어 serial 데이터를 Ethernet으로 송/수신 하는 기능을 기본으로 하고 있으며, 언급 하신 대로 펌웨어 업로드 및 DHCP 기능 등을 지원합니다.
