사용하셨던 커맨드 전부를 알려주시면 답변해드리기 편할 것 같습니다.
글을 보고 유추해보자면, TCP Client로 사용하시는것 같고,
SCON을 하실 때 Destination IP와 Port를 확인하시고, 서버(Destination)가 오픈된 상태에서 SCON을 시도해보시길 바랍니다.
