베이킹에 대해 알아보았는데, 정확이 무엇을 하는 것인지 모르겠습니다.

전자 부품의 경우 MSL LEVEL에 따라서 자재 개봉후 일정 시간이 지나면 자재에 습기가 스며들수 있어서
고온에서 일정시간 베이킹을 진행후 사용하게 됩니다
예를들면 TRAY에 담겨서 들어오는 MSL 3 LEVEL 자재의 경우 125도에서 24시간 베이킹후 SMD 작업을 하도록 규정이 되어 있습니다
귀사로 부터 구입되어서 들어온 자재의 경우 릴 타입으로 입고가 되어서 자재 구입후 일정 시간이 지나면 고온에서 베이킹을 해야 하지만
릴타입의 경우 고온에서는 릴이 녹는 현상이 발생하여 저온에서 일정 시간을 베이킹을 하여 습기를 제거한후 SMD 작업을 하도록 되어 있습니다
귀사 자재중 Wizfi250 자재의 릴 타입의 경우 MSL LEVEL이 표기가 되어 있으면 그것에 맞추어서 베이킹을 해야 하지만
저희 회사로 입고시 라벨에 MSL LEVEL이 표기가 안되어 있어서 별도의 베이킹 기준이 있는지 문의 드립니다
