안녕하세요.
증상을 보니 ARP timeout이 발생하여 연결이 성립이 안된것으로 보입니다.
먼저, PC에서 W5300으로 ping테스트를 해보세요.
만약 안된다면, phy operation control mode를 어떻게 설정했는지와
link led는 정상적으로 들어오는지 확인해보세요.
