안녕하세요 위즈네트 입니다.
Datasheet의 19page를 보시면 Recommended Footprint Dimension가 있습니다.
확인하시고 작업하시길 바랍니다.
WizFi210은 pin out은 pcb상에서 반홀 작업인 된 모듈이라 pin header 사용이 불가능하고 smd타입을 납땜하는 것처럼 납때하셔야 합니다.
PCB 납땜시에는 Datasheet의 24page를 보시면 Reflow Condition을 시켜서 납땜하시길 바랍니다.
