안녕하세요
외부 서버의 IP 주소는 공인 IP를 사용하는지, 사설 IP를 사용하는지 확인이 필요 합니다.
만약 외부 서버의 IP 주소가 사설 IP인 경우, 외부 서버를 관리 해 주는 라우터나 공유기에서 포트포워딩 등의 작업이 필요 합니다.
WizFi250의 경우, 별도의 옵션 없이 외부 TCP Server와 연결 가능합니다.
추가로 WizFi250과 같은 네트워크 환경 안에 있는 PC를 이용해서 외부 서버와 접속이 되는지 확인이 필요 할 것 같습니다.

서버에 이상이 좀 있었던 것 같네요.
오늘 동작 시키니 정상적으로 동작을 하네요.
