In the field of fiber optic networks and telecommunications, the reliability of network infrastructure is one that requires special attention. The causes of network disruptions are analyzed by considering many factors ranging from physical damage and connection problems to environmental factors. In network operations, redundancy is crucial to maintain service continuity even if a primary path is disrupted. This redundancy is typically realized through the use of backup paths that can be activated when the primary path is damaged. When a primary path is disrupted, a changeover system is required to switch the primary path to the backup path. The changeover process, which is often performed manually, can result in lengthy service recovery times and impact service quality. This research utilizes the IoT concept by configuring a web server with ESP32 so that each device and component can be connected to each other and exchange necessary data and information without requiring human intervention. This approach is highly relevant to the need for a remote control system that allows users to manage remote devices, allowing users to respond quickly to conditions. The developed system is expected to reduce response time to network disruptions, thereby increasing efficiency and preventing further financial and operational losses.
