A really small PoE IP Camera

IP Camera Made from W55RP20, SiP chip of RP2040 and W5500

COMPONENTS
PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We developed the project with W55RP20, WIZnet's new chip.

For W55RRP20, I did a review below. If you are curious, please check the link below.

Adding Ethernet to RP2040? Take a look at W55RP20

This is how the circuit is configured.

There were circuit diagrams that were made so far, so it was not difficult to combine them.

This is how the deployment was done. It was too difficult because of PoE.Yellow silk is where Arducam will be fitted.

This is what artwork looks like.

PoE used the Flyback circuit. So I needed isolation. Artwork to make use of isolation properties was so hard.2222

This is what it looks like in 3D.

Transformer is so high that you can compete with Arducam. So I placed it somewhere else.

This is what the bottom looks like. I didn't want to put the parts on the bottom somehow, but I had no choice but to reduce the size of the PCB.

The PCB has arrived. I'm at a loss to put it together.

Tick-tick ! It's very fast in writing, but in reality, it took a lot of time to complete the assembly.

It's very pretty after assembling it.

It's time to install the AduCam.

That's just right. Thank God. It looks very neat, too. Now the hardware of the PoE IP Camera is complete.

It looks big in the picture, but when you compare it to the actual Pico board, you can see that it's not that big.

Now we have to get it started.

Most of ArduCam's FW is made up of Python. I'm going to make it work in C. So it's going to take some time. I'll be back with a quick action scene.

Thanks
