This is an ethernet module with SPI Interface based on the W5500.

The vendor is Embedfire(野火) China company.

They sell it on Tmall. After I give my cell phone number to log in, I can enter the Tmall and see the details. They don't support other languages, so it is not easy to buy from other countries.

They have video guides, documents for this module, and example sources, but I cannot find a way to access them.

I think this module is not different from other modules which have an SPI interface.
