Added missing commands and functions to the?[STEP400 documentation](https://ponoor.com/en/docs/step400/). For the first steps, please follow the "tutorials" in the documentation. Currently, the?[Max sample file](https://github.com/ponoor/step-series-example-Max) is the most comprehensive, but they will be updating the [TouchDesigner sample project](https://github.com/ponoor/step-series-example-TouchDesigner) soon.
