## Article

The W5500 chip was tested in a typical freezer, checking for normal operation in an environment where it dropped below minus 20 degrees Celsius. ## **Purpose?**

1. Check that there is no speed deviation when the W5500 chip is operated at room temperature and when it is operated at a low temperature below -20.

2. When the W5500 is wake-up in the freezer for a long time, examine its normal operation.

3. Measure the operation and speed drop when aging at a temperature below -20 degrees for a long time.

## Conducting the test at normal room temperature between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.
