# Unsuccessful firmware upload

## Question

Asked by qrgc1 on 2014-02-18 in Serial-to-Ethernet & ConfigTool.

After an unsuccessful firmware upload, a WIZ127SR is not visible from the config tool any more. Is there a way to recover from this situation?
