# Technical Assistance Request (so#539969)

## Question

Asked by jun2026 on 2026-05-19 in IO Modules.

Hi Tech,

PN#WIZ752SR-120

16pcs from PO#029-C4481 with D/C 2430

72pcs from PO#029-CP245 with D/C 2430

Our customer tested the device in a Windows 10 environment and found 2 out of 88pcs are defective.

Defect description: indicator lights were not working (see red frame in attached test images). After replacing the component, the problem was resolved.

This module is located beneath the network card, see attached image-1 for details.

The customer wants to know the defect reason.

Could you help check and advise?

Thanks.

Jun Liu
