# Wizfi360 SSL connection causes WIFI to reconnect

## Question

Asked by happicow on 2025-10-22 in Wireless.

Hello,

I am using a Wizfi360 to make an SSL connection to a web server. When I issue the CIPSTART command, the Wizfi360 will always disconnect my WIFI first (WIFI DISCONNECT), and then reconnects (WIFI CONNECTED) before making the SSL connection. After that everything works great, but it adds about a 15 second delay. The terminal output is below. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
