# Wiznet w5100s evb arduino skeych

## Question

Asked by akilraje on 2025-03-01 in MCU & Boards.

Couldn't able to establish ethernet communication on w5100s evb using arduino sketch, installed ethernet.h but the sketch says shield not found. Checked the spi communication it's working. But the W5100s chip is not responding. Anyone done this.

Tried the code but still it says Ethernet shield not found and further for your kind information im usin Wiznet pico EVB which is an integrated of pi pico and wiznet WS5100S.

What product are you using?
It would be easier to troubleshoot if you could tell us which W5100S board you are using on which board.

For your information, if you want to use the WIZnet Ethernet HAT (W5100S) on the Raspberry Pi Pico, you need to set the CS Pin to 17.
