# Wizfi360 MQTT protocol support

## Question

Asked by youaretrippin on 2025-01-29 in Wireless.

Hi, Wizfi360 has latest firmware... AT version:1.1.2.0(Apr 12 2023 08:08:36), does that fully support MQTT V5, or is it V3.1.1?

Is this the definitive answer? There are some key features in V5 that I need to clarify if I can rely on or not. V5 was finalized in 2019 and this latest update is 2023.

Unfortunately, there are currently no plans to update to MQTT version 5, and we appreciate your understanding.
