# Wizfi360 Lost config after a few hours

Hello!

A Wizfi360 module is installed in our product as an AP, which was configured with the AT+xxxxx_DEF commands in Flash. After a few months, we now have a customer almost every week where the configuration has reset itself to the factory settings. If you then redo the configuration and save it in the flash as before, it only holds for 1-2 hours in a powerless state before it automatically resets to the factory setting.

We already have over 20 modules that no longer work correctly, it must be a bug, it can't be normal, they are all warranty cases!

We have also tested the latest firmware without any changes.
