# W6100-EVP only appears on COM port list if BootSel0 button is not pressed

## Question

Asked by LenzKappov on 2024-10-24 in MCU & Boards.

If I connect my W6100-EVP without pressing the BootSel0 button it appears as COM5 in my Ports list. If I connect my W6100-EVP while pressing the BootSel0 button it does not appear as any COM port. How can I run the Flash Loader?
