# Goodbye, WIZnet

## Question

Asked by Eugeny on 2024-09-19 in Ethernet Chips.

The forum migrates to another location. User database is not being migrated. This means all my work is being scrapped. I asked “sophia” user who posted the update here in the DM, as well as Jake Lee in the LinkedIn. Both are silent.

I am very sad that my work done goes to nowhere - into the waste bin. I am not going to make this mistake again and register on the new website.

Good luck to all of you.

Thank you so much for your feedback. The reason for the delayed response is that we are continuously discussing the best way to migrate the data. We are migrating all the topics and comments, but there may be some issues with the user database, particularly with social logins, which could cause certain accounts not to work properly. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused and are doing our utmost to protect your valuable data and ensure that your efforts are not wasted. Please bear with us a little longer as we work towards a solution.

The WIZnet team truly appreciates your dedication and hard work, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment caused. We are working hard to make things right.
