# What is the latest f/w version for WIZ505SR-RP

## Question

Asked by Dave on 2024-04-12 in Serial-to-Ethernet & ConfigTool.

I have just bought a WIZ505SR-RP with f/w 1.0.5. The configuration tool (V1.5.5) will not apply settings. Do I need to update firmware?
