# W6100 How to set DHCP IPV4

## Question

Asked by Rahulgate on 2023-09-22 in Ethernet Chips.

I am using W6100 with STM32. I am able to execute loopback example on TCP socket server and client with static IP . Now, I want to enable DHCP IPV4. Please provide sample code to test the same.

You can use the DHCP-related files in the io6Library.
