# Support for Pico SDK v1.5.0

## Question

Asked by Colin Bate on 2023-02-20 in Ethernet Chips.

Now the Pico SDK 1.5.0 has been released, are there any compatibility issues using with the W5500-EVB-Pico with this SDK release, also is there any guide on how to upgrade the W5500-EVB-Pico development environment? Thanks

When ‘pico-sdk’ was changed from SDK 1.4.0 to SDK 1.5.0 in the W5x00-EVB-Pico basic example ‘RP2040-HAC-C’, There was no problem with the build and the examples working.

There seems to be no issues with SDK 1.5.0 compatibility.

Guide documents on how to upgrade the development environment are not supported, so please refer to this.
