# Wiz752SR-120 Factory reset 방법

## Question

Asked by stonewell on 2022-07-19 in Serial-to-Ethernet & ConfigTool.

Wiz752SR-120을 시용합니다.

Serial command mode에서

1. RH command로 Host address를 변경한 후,

2. SV command로 저장

3. RT command로 reset 후에

4. “+++”

5. delay 500ms

6. “RH239.255.0.1”

7. delay 500ms

8. “SV”

9. delay 500ms

10. “RT”

11. delay 3 sec

위와 같이 사용한 후에 Wiz752SR-120의 parameter가 모두 엉킨것 같습니다.
문제의 원인을 잘 모르겠는데, 문제 및 복구할 수 있는 방법이 있나요?
WizConfigTool에서 device는 1번 search가 되는데, "apply setting"과 “factory reset” 이 적용되지 않습니다. "setting failed. No response from device"로 표시됩니다.

안녕하세요.

공장 초기화는 configuration tool 외에도 ‘FR’ command를 통하여 지원하기 때문에

command를 통하여 공장 초기화 후에 진행해보시기 바랍니다.
