Asked by Takahashi on 2022-05-23 in IO Modules.

Hi, I will mount WIZ812MJ by soldering iron.
And my soldering iron conditions are 350 degree C, 3sec.
Do my soldering iron conditions meet Heat resistance for WIZ812MJ?
I would like to check that my soldering iron conditions meet Heat resistance for WIZ812MJ or not.
