# W5100s SPI not working

## Question

Asked by Prosenzor on 2021-07-24 in Ethernet Chips.

Hello,
im having a problem with the SPI communication with the W5100s, i send valid data to the module, but it’s not responding, i checked the CS, and the SPI config, and it’s seems to be correct, im using SPI at mode 0, with a clock of 1MHz.
The MCU im using is the PIC18F46k22.

Hello,
It was confirmed that STM32 F103rb operated in SPI2 Mode.
I think it’s an SPI Mode problem, can you try the settings again?
And try setting the clock setting to 15Mhz?
