# IS W5500 support flow control

## Question

Asked by hiren.tejani on 2021-02-26 in Ethernet Chips.

i want to read data from server approx. 50Kb, so is W5500 support flow control, so i read data into separation and get all data without lost any.

W5500 operates by SPI, and you can read the desired size by controlling the CS signal.
By the way, I don’t know whether Server exists in ethernet or SPI master.
