# How to connect W5500 lib in STM32CubeIDE

## Question

Asked by ave on 2021-02-05 in Ethernet Chips.

How to connect W5500 lib in STM32CubeIDE?
Please give instructions on how to do this.
Desirable by example STM32F103.

I read a similar thread but nothing worked.

This Project is base on W5100S-EVB. but If you use the SPI of Arduino interface on W5100S-EVB, you can use the W5100S/W5100/W5200/W5500 when wizchip_conf.h modify - GitHub - WIZnet-ioLibrary/W5x00_...

There are several areas in wizchip_conf.h.c and HAL_Config.h that need to be fixed or checked.
You need to check the SPI Pin map(in HAL_Config.h) and change the *WIZCHIP* value to W5500(wizchip_conf.h).
