# 런타임 오류 메세지가 뜹니당

Configuration tool 실행시

1. 런타임 오류가 발생하였습니다
   주소를 사용하고 있습니다

이런 팝업창이 뜨며 검색이 안됩니다
제품은 wiz110SR 입니다

안녕하세요.

10048 런타임 오류는 Configuration tool에서 사용하는 포트(5001)를 이미 다른 어플리케이션에서 사용하고 있는 경우 발생합니다.

명령 프롬프트(cmd)를 실행하신 뒤, 아래 명령을 사용해 포트를 사용하는 프로그램을 찾아 종료한 후
다시 Config tool을 실행해 주세요.

- Port 5001을 사용하는 프로그램 확인
  cmd> `netstat -ano | findstr ":5001"`
  cmd> `tasklist /FI “PID eq xxxx”`
