# WizFi360 ignores ASCII '\' in USART Mode

## Question

Asked by RCDBeta on 2020-10-05 in Wireless.

Hello,
as the title suggests, my WizFi360 (used via USART) ignores the ASCII character "" (Dec 92, Hex 0x5c). This happens when I want to send a TCP message using “CIPSENDBUF” or “CIPSENDEX”. All values with '' that are sent to the WizFi as raw TCP data after the commands are ignored. My wizfi360 has the AT version 1.0.4.1 and the SDK version 3.2.0.
Can anybody help me further?
regards
