# w5500 랜포트 링크 문제

## Question

Asked by fatally on 2020-04-03 in Ethernet Chips.

일반적인 iptime허브나 pc등에 랜선을 연결 했을 때는 Rj45포트에 불빛이 정상적으로들어옵니다.
하지만 현재 Netgear gs105e 모델과 연결을 했을 때 처음에는 연결이 잘되었다가
다음날 왔을 때 랜포트에 불빛이 안나는 현상이 있습니다.

이 때 pc와 연결하면 불빛이 들어오고 다시 허브와 연결하면 불빛이 안들어 옵니다.

혹시 이런 현상을 어떻게 해결해야 될까요.
아니면 다른 모델에서도 이런 현상이 있었을까요?

답변이 늦어 죄송합니다.
W5500의 경우 Auto MDIX을 지원하고 있지 않습니다.
그렇기 때문에 반대쪽 랜선에 연결된 장치가 이를 지원하지 않는다면,
랜선을 Direct cable를 사용해야합니다.

대부분의 랜선은 Cross cable로 되어있습니다.
