# [Information] WizFi360-EVB USB Driver Installation

## Question

If your computer fails to install WizFi360-EVB USB Driver,

1. Find " CP210x USB to UART Bridge VCP Drivers" in Silicon Labs website.

1. Download the appropriate software based on the platform for your Windows.

2. Install the appropriate application based on the system type, 64-bit or 86-bit.
   (CP210xVCPInstaller_x64 or CP210xVCPInstaller_x86)

3. Reset WizFi360-EVB and reconnect the cable. Then, you will see “Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge” in Ports (COM & LPT) section in Device Manager.
