# Dont start software

## Question

Asked by FGH on 2017-02-20 in General.

Hi, I have not been able to configure my wiz110SR because I can not run the WIZ1xxSR program, I get a window with a code “10048 ??? ???” . Then do not set the configuration options for the module.
Does it require a service pack installed? I have tried in Win10 and WinXP and the same thing happens.
Please Help
