# Wiznet1000 connection problem

## Question

Asked by DPV on 2016-12-19 in General.

Hello,

I’m using a Wiznet1000 and since I changed the IP configuration metod from static to PPPoE I can’t connect to the device. I tried to press reset button but nothing. Only Power led and serial led is on.
